Our policies on payment, shipping, and warranty

Orders from outside the US
We accept orders from anywhere in the world. Payment for orders from outside the United States MUST use Pay-Pal, or send us a bank check payable in United States currency.
Purchase orders are not accepted from non-US institutions.

Payment Information
We accept the following forms of payment: VISA , Master Card, PayPal, bank checks and money orders. All prices and shipping costs on this site are quoted in United States currency.
For faster processing of 'bill to / ship to' orders, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and register the 'ship to' address as a valid destination address for orders you place online.

We are a "Fraud Smart" web site. We work closely with authorities to prosecute ALL fraudulently placed credit card orders.

Order by bank check or money order.
If you would rather order by mail using bank check or money order, please use the shopping cart which will automatically compute your shipping costs as you shop. When you have finished shopping, the shopping cart will print a completed order form for your convenience. Mail us the form and payment and we will ship you your products.

Shipping Policies
You can choose to have orders sent via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (for some locations, such as Alaska or Hawaii, US Postal Service is cheaper). We cannot and do not guarantee overnight delivery. Shipping charges are based on industry standard shipping rates. Beneficial insects will be drop shipped to your location via Federal Express 2 day service, Monday thru Thursday. We do not accept COD orders. Please contact us for more information on our payment or shipping policies.

Due to post 9/11 security concerns, USPS packages are taking up to 12 extra days for delivery in some areas. If you choose to have your order shipped via USPS, please allow for this extra time!!! We do not offer tracking on items shipped via USPS Mail. If you need to be able to track your package, please choose UPS as your shipping method.

Warranties/ Refunds and Returns
Any lighting system that is defective and under warranty will be picked up by Sunlight Supply, repaired, and then sent back to you, all at no charge to you.

All products (with the exception of electronic equipment or nutrients) carry a 7 day money back warranty (shipping and handling is non-refundable).

All products must be returned in original packaging, in new condition.

Products in other than new condition, or without original packaging, will be subject to a restocking fee.

After 7 days and up to thirty days after the sale, defective products may be returned to our store for repair or replacement.

After 30 days manufacturers warranties apply, warranties vary according to product.

We do not accept returns on electronic equipment (including grow lights) or nutrients. There are no exceptions allowed.

Privacy Statement
BareRootshydro.com believes in your right to privacy. We do not share any data provided to us by our customers with third parties. Cookies that are used in the storefront area of our site are necessary for the shopping cart functions.
